I understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness and the smooth operation of my business, I have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellations with 24-hour notice: No Charge If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and provide me with at least 24 hours' notice, there will be no charge or penalty. I appreciate your courtesy in notifying us in advance, as it allows me to accommodate other clients. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice: 50% of Appointment Scheduled If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment will be charged. This fee is to compensate for the time and resources allocated to your appointment, which could not be reallocated to another client on short notice. Cancellations within 4 hours or No Show: 100% of Scheduled Appointment Charge Cancellations made within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment time or failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the scheduled appointment. This fee accounts for the loss of revenue and the missed opportunity to provide services to other clients during that time slot. Exceptions: In certain cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, I understand that last-minute cancellations may be unavoidable. I kindly request that you inform me as soon as possible if you find yourself in such a situation. I will handle these cases on an individual basis, with the aim of finding a fair and reasonable resolution for all parties involved. Please note that by scheduling an appointment with me, you agree to comply with this cancellation policy.
